Allows riders to install (3) separate (red) LED turn signals (rear) on the left and right side that will sequentially flash when the turn signal button is pressed.

DYNAMIC: Once turn signal is pressed, the LED's running lights on that side will shut off, then begin to flash from off state to bright, turn signal state before starting the sequence over
