Returns

SparesFlex Returns Policy 
At SparesFlex, we stand behind every item we sell. If you encounter any issues with your order, we will do our best to ensure you are 100% satisfied. SparesFlex offers a 45-day return or exchange policy from the date of receipt. Within 45 days of receipt of your order, you may request a return for either an exchange or a refund. The product must be unused, uninstalled, and undamaged due to improper installation. The item must be returned in its original packaging, including all parts, hardware, documents, and instructions. SparesFlex will also support the manufacturer’s warranty for all items during the warranty period offered by the manufacturer.

Exceptions
We do not accept returns on the following items:
- Car Computers.
- Performance Tuners.
- Vehicle Programmers.

Non-Returnable Items
The list below provides a high-level list of merchandise that is classified as non-returnable per our Return Policy. Some parts may be denied return because they share the same categorization as their electrical counterparts (i.e. fuel pumps). In these cases, the Team Member may override the denial and process the return. This list represents most but not necessarily all of the non-returnable parts. Buyer’s Remorse – Ordered the Wrong Item?
Purchased the wrong item or changed your mind, don’t worry! SparesFlex want you to be 100% satisfied. Follow these steps:
1. Email us at help@sparesflex.com within 60 days of receiving your order to request a return.
2. SparesFlex will issue an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) form for you to include with the return.
3. You will receive a full refund for the purchase price, excluding any shipping and handling charges.
4. Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility. The item must be sent via a trackable shipping method.

SparesFlex will refund you for 100% of the purchase price, less any shipping and handling charges. You will also be responsible for the return shipping. All returns should be sent back to SparesFlex via a trackable method. Any expedited shipping or insurance would be the decision of the customer. All product returns must be in the original packaging, include SparesFlex’s RMA form, and have not been used, installed, or damaged due to improper installation. All parts, hardware, documents, and instructions must be included in the returns. Returned merchandise must be received within 30 days of obtaining your RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization).

Did we mess up? Is your item wrong or damaged?
SparesFlex works really hard to earn your business by offering the largest selection and crazy fast shipping. Sometimes things go wrong. If we ship an incorrect item or the item you receive is damaged or incomplete, we will do everything we can to get you the right part in your hands as quickly as possible. Send us an email within 48 hours of receipt so we can document your issue and help to resolve it. In most cases, we will issue you an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) that will be used for your return. SparesFlex will provide you with a pre-paid shipping label to send the item back. We offer two different types of exchanges:

Option One: Advanced Replacement
Get the correct item right away. In order to process this type of exchange, we will process the return and a new order. To ship out the correct item, we will need to charge you initially and issue the credit once we have received your returned item.

Option Two: Replacement
In this method, we will ship out the replacement item once we have received (and inspected) the returned item. This method will not result in an additional charge to you.

All product returns must be in the original packaging, include SparesFlex’s RMA form, and have not been used, installed, or damaged due to improper installation. All parts, hardware, documents, and instructions must be included in the returns.

Option One (Advanced Replacement):
- SparesFlex immediately ships the correct item.
- Your payment method will be charged for the replacement item, and a refund will be issued once we receive the returned item.

Option Two (Replacement):
- Option Two: Standard Replacement
- SparesFlex ships the replacement after receiving and inspecting the returned item.
- No additional charges will apply.
